History

In 1990, The Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy was founded. Over the past 20+ years, COSPT has developed an innovative, highly effective method for applying the principles of Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT). COSPT’s unique method results in consistent patient outcomes, resolving 95% of patients’ musculoskeletal pain in an average of 5 visits to the clinic.

COSPT has grown over the years, fueled in part by becoming the preferred provider for Capital Health Plan (CHP). The results the clinic is able to provide for CHP patients have led to time and cost savings, and have helped hundreds of people recover quickly with the ability to maintain their good health long-term.

The clinicians who practice at COSPT have been specifically chosen and moved to Tallahassee because of their clinical ability and training, along with their proven general concern for the well-being of those they care for.
