This particular JointStrong Prevention Movement is intended to assist in maintaining a Healthy Upper Back & Neck as well as removing associated pain in these areas by applying reverse pressure to the thoracic and cervical regions, and should be formed in sets of 10 repetitions at least 2 times per day.
