That means that wrist pain, hip pain and shoulder pain can often be resolved by applying an appropriate movement to the spinal region. This JointStrong Prevention Movement is intended to assist in maintaining a Healthy Lower Back as well as removing associated pain several other areas of the body by applying reverse pressure to the lumbar region and should be formed in sets of 10 repetitions at least 2 times per day.
